The Bombardier is a mid-sized, high-threat artillery ARC typically found in open areas like the Buried City (Plaza Rosa) or Spaceport. While classified as "unarmored," it is covered in heavy plating that makes it resistant to standard small-arms fire. It acts as a mobile mortar platform, raining down indirect fire on Raiders from a distance. It relies entirely on its accompanying Spotter Drones to target enemies; without them, its accuracy is severely compromised. It moves slowly but can reposition to maintain line of sight or retreat.
Mortar Barrage: Launches a volley of high-explosive mortar shells at the player's last known position. These shells arc over cover, making open-field combat lethal.
Spotter Lock-on: Always accompanied by 2 Spotter Drones. These drones project lasers onto Raiders, "marking" them for the Bombardier's precision strikes.
Kinetic Pulse: If a Raider approaches too closely, the Bombardier releases a shockwave of kinetic energy to knock them back and create distance.
Rear Cylinder (Critical): A large yellow canister on its back is the primary weak point. Destroying this deals massive damage or can instantly destroy the unit.
Leg Joints (Kneecaps): The yellow-highlighted joints on its legs are vulnerable. Breaking these will stun the unit and impair its mobility.
Spotter Drones: Destroying the two accompanying drones "blinds" the Bombardier, causing its mortar fire to become erratic and easy to dodge. Note that it will eventually deploy new drones.
Vulnerability Window: It is temporarily vulnerable immediately after discharging a barrage, often venting heat or exposing its core.
Explosive Weakness: It is highly susceptible to explosive damage. Wolfpack launchers or Sticky Grenades are the most effective tools for a quick kill.
The Bombardier disintegrates into a large main wreckage pile and several smaller debris chunks. You must loot the main body and the scattered parts to get all items.

Where can I find the Bombardier? The most consistent spawns are in the Buried City (specifically Plaza Rosa or near the Hospital) and the Spaceport (near the rocket assembly areas). It also spawns occasionally during night raids at the Dam.
What is the best way to farm Bombardier Cells solo? Use the Wolfpack launcher. Two well-placed shots to the rear or top will usually destroy it instantly. Bring Smoke Grenades to cover yourself while you loot the body, as these areas are often open and exposed to other players or snipers.
Can I farm the Spotter Drones? Yes. If you leave the Bombardier alive, it will periodically respawn its Spotter Drones. You can repeatedly kill these drones to farm Spotter Relays for quick cash (~5,000 per relay), though this is risky as the Bombardier will continue firing at you.
Why does the Bombardier keep shooting me even after I hide? If the Spotter Drones have a line of sight on you, they will relay your position to the Bombardier. You must destroy the drones or break line of sight with them, not just the Bombardier itself.
