The "After Rain Comes" quest in ARC Raiders is one of those missions where if you don't read the instructions carefully, you are gonna have a bad time. Instead of just shooting robots, you have to actually fix something, which means you need to bring specific loot into the raid with you. It sounds easy, but finding the exact flooded spot near the apartments can be kinda tricky. In this guide, I’m gonna show you exactly what to pack and where to go so you don't waste a run.

Here is the quick breakdown of the mission:
Quest Name: After Rain Comes
Quest Giver: Celeste
Objective: Find flooded solar panels near Grandioso Apartments and repair them.
Map: Buried City
Required Items: 5x Wires, 2x Batteries
Granted Items: 1x Zipline
Rewards: 5x Blue Light Stick, 3x Antiseptic, 5x Durable Cloth
Before you even hit the "Deploy" button, you need to check your inventory. This quest requires you to repair solar panels using 5 Wires and 2 Batteries. The game doesn't give these to you inside the mission (except the Zipline), so you have to bring them from your stash. If you forget them, you will have to scavenge for them while dodging drones, which is honestly a pain, so just bring them with you.

Load into the Buried City map. You are looking for the Grandioso Apartments. This is a pretty big point of interest, usually located near the center or slightly to the south depending on your spawn. It’s the area with the tall residential buildings that are half-buried in sand and water.

Once you get to the Grandioso Apartments, don't go climbing all the way to the top. You need to look down near the water level. Search the area surrounding the apartments for a spot that is flooded with water. You will see a group of solar panels sticking out of the water/mud. They look broken and are usually sparking a bit or just look like they need maintenance.

Wade over to the solar panels (or zipline if you want to be fancy). When you get close, you will see an interaction prompt. As long as you have the 5 Wires and 2 Batteries in your backpack, you can hold the button to "Repair" them. Once the progress bar finishes, the quest is done! You don't specifically need to extract to "complete" the objective part, but you probably want to keep your other loot, so head to an extraction point safely.
For fixing up the power grid, you get some useful medical and crafting supplies:
5x Blue Light Stick
3x Antiseptic
