The main bad guys in this game are the ARC machines. They are basically drone-like robots that come in different sizes. For this quest, you can find them on any map, so you don't have to go to a super specific hard zone.

You need to destroy three of these enemies. It doesn't matter if they are the small flying drones or the bigger, scary robots. Just kill three of them.

This is the part some people forget. After you destroy a machine, you have to actually go up to it and loot it. You are looking for an item called ARC Alloy.

Every enemy you destroy for this quest should drop the alloy. You need to pick up 3 pieces of ARC Alloy to move on to the next step. So, don't just shoot and run—make sure you grab the loot!
Once you have your 3 kills and your 3 alloys, you need to get out of there. Head to an extraction point and extract safely.
After you are back in Speranza, go to the quest tab and visit Shani to turn in the items. You just hand over the materials and the quest is done.
Completing this will automatically unlock the next mission, which is called "Trash Into Treasure".
