The "Lost in Transmission" quest in ARC Raiders is a mission given by Shani that takes you to high places. Basically, you have to go to the Spaceport, find a specific tall tower called Control Tower A6, and fix some signal issues. It's unlocked after you finish the "Our Presence Above" quest. The cool part is that you get a key just for starting the mission, but you gotta make sure you actually bring it with you. Before you even launch, check your inventory. When you accepted the quest, Shani gave you the Spaceport Control Tower Key. You absolutely need this to open a door later, so don't leave it in your stash. I recommend putting it in your Safe Pocket just in case things go wrong, so you don't lose it if you die. Also, bring some Adrenaline Shots because the spawn points can be far away.

Load into the Spaceport map. You are looking for Control Tower A6, which is located right in the center of the map. It is a really tall tower, so its hard to miss. Just be careful because the center of the map is usually popular with other players, so be ready for a fight.

Once you get to the tower, head inside to the ground floor. Look for a locked metal door that has a red light on it. This is where you use the Spaceport Control Tower Key to unlock it. Behind the door, there is a zipline. Ride it all the way up to get to the main control room at the top.

Now that you are at the top, you are safe from most ground enemies. Look for a terminal on the left side of the room. Walk up to it and hold the interact button to "Establish Connection." As soon as the signal goes through, the quest is instantly finished.

You don't need to extract to complete the quest. Once the connection is made, you are good. However, you are now at a great vantage point, so you might as well look for loot or try to snipe some enemies before you leave.
