¶ Celeste bio
In ARC Raiders Celeste is probably the most important character you will meet in the colony. She is the charismatic leader of the Raiders and the main symbol of hope for all of humanity living underground. Her job is to keep morale up even when the ARC attacks get worse or when raiders dont come back from the surface. She is under a lot of pressure to keep everyone safe. if you look around the base you can often find her staying up late to strategize or playing darts by the bar to relieve stress. she runs on coffee because she is always working to protect the city.
Lore and Backstory
Celeste has a difficult past. She lost her home multiple times to the ARC machines when she was a child. The tragedy of losing her father left a mark on her but it also forced her to adapt. She developed strong survival skills and learned how to manage resources which eventually led to the founding of Speranza. To her Speranza is not just a settlement it is a living thing that she built with her own hands. She is a survivor of the First Wave and she senses that the city might not be safe forever so she is always preparing evacuation plans for the future.
Trading and Assorted Seeds
Celeste is different from the other traders in the game. She is the only one who does not accept coins as payment. Instead she trades for Assorted Seeds. This fits her personality because she wants to regrow nature. Her shop even features a small outdoor patio with a potted plant which is a reference to her preferred currency.
Shop Rewards
Since she runs the place she has access to unique items. if you want to buy from her you need to scavenge the surface for seeds. do not sell the seeds to other vendors for cash because you will need them here. below is the table of everything you can buy from Celeste and the price in seeds.
