In ARC Raiders, the mission "A Bad Feeling" is one of those tasks where you have to go out and find some weird alien tech. Basically, you need to hunt down ARC Probes or ARC Carriers, loot them for resources, and then get back to Celeste to get paid.

Go talk to Celeste in Speranza to start the quest. Before you deploy, double-check your loadout. Since you might run into other players (Raiders) or tough ARC machines, you should probably bring a decent weapon. But if you are scared of losing your best stuff, just use the free starter kit—it’s enough to get the job done if you play smart.

Technically, you can do this quest on other maps like Buried City or Spaceport. However, Dam Battlegrounds is the best place for it. The ARC Probes and Courier spawn way more often there, so you won't be running around for hours looking for them.
Once you spawn in, start looking around the landscape. You are looking for crashed ARC devices. The easiest way to spot them is to look for thick black smoke rising into the sky.
If you see black smoke, that means there is an ARC Probe or Courier there. Head towards it, but be careful because sometimes enemies hang out nearby.

When you get to the crash site, walk up to the machine and interact with it to open it. You need to search inside and grab all the loot. Make sure you check every slot in the container so you don't miss the quest items.

Now that you have the goods, you need to leave. Open your map and find the closest extraction point. This is the most dangerous part because other players like to camp near the exits.
Move carefully, check your corners, and call in the extraction. Once you leave the map safely, your progress is saved.

Back in the lobby, go to the quest menu and turn in the mission to Celeste. She will give you a bunch of crafting materials that are super useful for making upgrades later.
