If you are looking to finish the "Picking Up the Pieces" quest in ARC Raiders, you are in the right place. Basically, you need to visit any location on the map that has a loot category icon, scavenge 3 containers, and then successfully extract and get back to Shani to get your rewards.

Here is the quick info about the mission if you just need the basics:

To be honest, you can do this quest on any map, but Dam Battlegrounds is probably gonna be the first region you have open. Since this is a starter quest, you will likely be spawning in this zone anyway.
On the Dam Battlegrounds map, there is a few good spots for loot, such as:
Power Generation Complex
Hydroponic Dome Complex
Water Treatment
Control Tower
Research & Administration
Testing Annex
If you can't find the location you need, you should look at a map of Dam Battlegrounds to see exact coordinates.

Load into the game with whatever gear you want. I recommend just using the free gear set if you are a beginner or not sure if you will survive, so you don't lose any valuable stuff.
After you load in, open your map and put a marker on one of the loot locations, for example, the Testing Annex.
After you picked your location, start looking around for containers. You need to open three of them to finish the objective. You can loot any of these things and it will count:
Supply Chests
Lockers
Weapon Crates
Mechanical Boxes
Workbenches
As soon as you loot the third container, the task is marked done. Don't forget to check your progress on the map screen just to be sure you collected the right amount.

When you have collected all 3 containers, you need to move to an extraction point to finish the quest. The extraction points are usually not too far, but you have to be careful—other Raiders might be going there too.
You need to stay paying attention at this part because it is important not to die here and lose all the progress.

After a successful extraction, go back to Shani in Speranza. You can do this through the quest tab to complete the job.
Finishing this quest will automatically open up the next one for you, which is called "Clearer Skies".
