The "Power Out" quest in ARC Raiders is a mission given by Celeste to fix some electrical issues down at the Spaceport. Basically, she sent an engineer to fix the substations, but he disappeared (classic ARC Raiders), so now you have to go finish the job. This quest is pretty straightforward, but since you have to do it all in One Round, it can be kinda stressful if you don't know exactly where to look. In this guide, I’m gonna show you where the substation is and where that missing fuse is hiding so you can get the power back on fast.

Here is the quick breakdown of the mission:
Quest Name: Power Out
Quest Giver: Celeste
Objective: Find the Electrical Substation, locate the missing engineer's signs, install the fuse, and restore power.
Map: Spaceport
Rewards: Bag (Radio Renegade Variant), 5x Wires, 5x Explosive Compound, 5x Oil
Condition: Must be completed in a single round.
First things first, drop into the Spaceport map. You need to trek all the way to the southern edge of the map. The place you are looking for is the Electrical Substation, which is right next to the Staff Parking and Security Checkpoint areas. It’s a fenced-off yard full of generators and transformers, so it stands out from the rest of the open desert. Since it's so far south, be prepared for a long walk if you spawn in the north—maybe bring some stamina stims if you have them.

Once you get inside the substation yard, don't worry about fighting a boss or anything. You are looking for a small metal crate or box that is sitting on the ground, usually near the center or northwest part of the yard. Interact with the crate to open it, and a large power fuse (or battery) will drop out. Important: This fuse works like a Field Box, meaning you have to carry it in your hands. You can't shoot while holding it!

Pick up the fuse and look for a generator or electrical box nearby (it's usually only about 15 meters away). The box you want usually has a red light on it. Walk up to it and hold the interact button to shove the fuse in. Wait! You aren't done yet. After you put the fuse in, make sure to flip the switch on the box to actually turn the power on. Once the light turns green, the quest is marked as complete. You don't technically need to extract to finish the quest, but you should probably try to survive anyway to keep your loot.

For fixing the grid and finding out what happened to the engineer, Celeste gives you some nice crafting mats and a cosmetic:
Bag Radio Renegade Outfit Variant (It looks pretty cool)
5x Wires
5x Oil
