It sounds simple, but finding the exact room can be a bit tricky if you don't know where to look. You don't need any super crazy gear for this one. However, I definitely recommend bringing a Safe Pocket (or an outfit that has one). If you find the item and then get taken out by a sniper, the Safe Pocket will save the item so you don't have to run it all over again. Otherwise, just use your standard loadout.

Load into the Dam Battlegrounds map. You need to head to the Northwest corner of the map. You are looking for a place called the Ruby Residence. It is located to the east of the Hydroponic Complex. Look for a group of buildings—your target is the red building on the far left (west side).

Once you get to the red building, find an entrance and head inside. You need to go up to the 3rd Floor (this is usually one floor below the roof). When you get off the stairs, look for the room immediately to your right. Walk down the hallway, skip the first room on the left, and go into the last room at the end of the hall. This room should have a window and a balcony.

Inside that last room, look at the table or nightstand near the balcony door. You will see a small chest or footlocker. Interact with it to pick up Major Aiva's Mementos. Make sure to put it in your Safe Pocket immediately if you have one!

Now that you have the package, you just need to leave. Check your map for the nearest extraction point. The Central Swamp Lift is usually close, but it's super dangerous because everyone goes there. If you can, try to go for the North Complex Elevator on the east side—it's usually a bit quieter. Once you extract, the quest will complete automatically.
