In ARC Raiders, the quest "The Right Tool" is pretty straightforward but super fun because you get to use a really powerful gun. Tian Wen gives you this mission to test out some heavy firepower against specific ARC machines.
This guide will show you how to use the Ferro IV rifle to take down the targets and get your rewards.

Go talk to Tian Wen to start the mission. The cool thing about this quest is that she actually gives you the weapon you need—a Ferro IV Battle Rifle and some heavy ammo.
You should definitely equip this gun because it hits like a truck and makes killing the machines way easier. If you are scared of losing your own gear, just bring the free starter kit along with the Ferro IV.

Head to the Dam Battlegrounds map. This place is full of enemies, so you won't have to look very hard to find the targets. You need to kill three specific types of enemies: a Fireball, a Hornet, and a Turret.
The Fireball is that floating enemy that charges up and shoots... well, fireballs. It can be annoying if it spots you first.
The trick is to wait for it to stop moving. When it pauses to charge up an attack, use the Ferro IV to shoot its weak spot. It should go down pretty fast with this weapon.

Turrets are usually stuck on walls near doors or entrances to buildings. Since they don't move, they are the easiest target.
Just peek out from cover, line up your shot, and blast it. You don't need to waste too much ammo here; a charged shot or a couple of well-placed hits will destroy it.
The Hornet is a flying drone that can be a bit harder to hit because it moves around. Try to aim for its engines (the little thrusters on the side).
Once you shoot it down, you might want to run over and loot it. Sometimes they drop a "Hornet Driver," which is a material you might need for other stuff later.

After you have destroyed all three targets, your job is done. Now you just need to survive. Open your map, find the nearest extraction point, and get out of there.
Be careful of other players camping the exits. Since you have that nice Ferro IV rifle, you probably don't want to lose it (though the quest might still count if you die, it's better to live!).

Back in the lobby, go visit Tian Wen again. She will be happy you tested the weapon and will give you a new Emote called "Hurray!" as a reward.
