The "Tribute To Toledo" quest in ARC Raiders is a mission given by Celeste where she asks for a pretty rare item. Basically, you need to find her a Power Rod (sometimes called an Energy Rod). This is an Epic rarity item, so you cant just find it lying around in a trash can. This quest opens up right after you finish the "Life of a Pharmacist" quest for Lance. In this guide, we will show you the three main ways to get this item so you can choose the one that fits your playstyle.

There are actually three ways to get the Power Rod. You don't have to do all of them, just pick the one that sounds easiest for you.
If you like fighting, you can try to find the rod in a raid. You should head to the Spaceport map (sometimes called Cosmodrome) and go to the Rocket Assembly area. It can spawn there, but its kind of rare and the area is usually full of enemies.

If you have a lot of resources saved up, you can just craft it at your base. You will need a bunch of Advanced Electronic Components and ARC Circuits. Honestly, this is kinda expensive, so unless you are rich with materials, maybe try the next method.

This is probably the easiest trick that most people dont know about. If you have a Grappling Hook (the gadget that lets you zip around), you can actually dismantle it. When you recycle the Grappling Hook in the crafting menu, it drops a Power Rod! Since you might have got a Grappling Hook from a previous quest (like "Lost in Transmission"), this is a super fast way to finish the quest without risking your neck in a raid.

Once you have the Power Rod in your inventory, just go back to Celeste. Hand it over to her to complete the mission and get your rewards.
