The "Water Troubles" quest in ARC Raiders is an exploration mission given by Celeste. Basically, she wants you to check out the water supply at the dam and see why it's so gross. You have to find a hidden tunnel, sneak in, and grab a water sample. The best part? You don't even have to extract to finish it, so you can play it safe or reckless. In this guide, we'll show you exactly where that secret tunnel is so you can get your rewards fast.

Here is the quick breakdown of the mission:
Quest Name: Water Troubles
Quest Giver: Celeste
Objective: Find the Flood Access Tunnel and sample the water
Recommended Map: Dam Battlegrounds
Location: Red Lake Balcony / District Water Supply
Rewards: 3x Mechanical Components, 3x Simple Gun Parts, 3x Steel Spring
Extraction Needed: No
First, load into the Dam Battlegrounds map. You need to head towards the Red Lake area on the east side of the map. Your main landmarks here are the Control Tower (up high) and the Red Lake Balcony (down lower on the dam wall). It’s usually best to start high and work your way down so you don't take fall damage.

Once you are near the Red Lake Balcony, look at the outer concrete wall of the dam. You are looking for a round hole or pipe opening at the bottom of the structure. This is the entrance to the Flood Access Tunnel. Go inside the pipe. As soon as you enter, your objective should update.

Walk straight through the tunnel. It's just a straight pipe, so you can't really get lost. The tunnel will open up into a big room called the District Water Supply. You will see a pool of dirty water where a pipe is pouring liquid in. Walk up to the intake pipe until you see a prompt that says "Sample Water." Interact with it to grab your sample.

That's it! As soon as you get the sample, the quest is done. You don't need to extract, so if you get taken out by another squad right after, you still get your loot back at base.
Completing "Water Troubles" will give you:
3x Steel Spring
