The "Industrial Espionage" quest in ARC Raiders is a mission given by Tian Wen where you have to play dirty. Basically, she wants you to frame a rival group by planting a specific weapon and a bug in their stash. It sounds easy, but if you lose the weapon before you get there, it can be a real pain to fix. In this guide, we will show you where to go and how to finish this without losing your gear.

First, talk to Tian Wen to start the quest. She will give you a Burletta pistol. Do not sell or delete this! You absolutely need this specific gun for the mission. If you lose it or die with it before completing the quest, you will have to craft a new one or buy it, which is annoying. Make sure it is in your inventory or equipped before you launch.

Load into the Buried City map. You need to go to the Gas Station in the Outskirts. It is located in the northern part of the map, right near the "Su Durante Warehouses." It's a pretty open area, so watch out for snipers or random ARC drones patrolling around.

Once you are at the Gas Station, don't go inside the main building. You are looking for a square metal container (it looks like a loot box). It is located outside, usually on the south side of the Gas Station, near a vehicle that is half-buried in the sand. It can be hard to see because it's the same color as the sand, so look closely for the prompt.

When you find the box, interact with it. The first interaction will place the Burletta inside the cache. Wait! You are not done yet. After you put the gun in, you need to interact with the box one more time to plant the bug. A lot of people forget this second step and have to come back. Once you plant the bug, the quest is complete. You don't even need to extract to keep the rewards, but it's always nice to survive.
