The "Digging Up Dirt" quest in ARC Raiders is a mission given by Celeste that can be kinda tricky if you don't know where to look. Basically, you have to go to the Buried City map and find a hidden Dead Drop inside the Santa Maria Houses. The problem is, the doors are usually locked, so you have to get creative to get inside. First, load into the Buried City map. You need to head to the South part of the map to find the Santa Maria Houses. It's a specific group of buildings, but you can't just walk in through the front door because they are locked from the inside.

Since the doors are locked, you need to find another way in. Go to the building right next to the target house. Climb up to the roof or the top floor. You are looking for a zipline that connects the two buildings. Ride the zipline over to the roof of the Santa Maria Houses.

Once you are on the roof, look for an open door or window to drop down into the building. Make your way down until you reach the internal courtyard. It looks like a room filled with sand. In the middle of the courtyard, there is an old drinking fountain sticking out of the sand. The Dead Drop is hidden inside that fountain. Interact with it to finish the quest.

You don't technically need to extract to finish the quest, but you probably want to keep your loot. Head to the nearest extraction point and get out of there.
